I’m having problems saving products on desktop

Assuming you have already installed Moonsift's save button to your browser and are trying to save a purchasable product from a store’s website, there are two likely causes:


  1. You cannot see Moonsift’s save buttons on the store’s website because we have not integrated the store yet.

    • You can still save from these stores via the Moonsift icon in your browser’s toolbar. Learn how here.

    • You can also request we add quick-save buttons to the site by going to the store’s website → Clicking the Moonsift icon in your toolbar → Clicking ‘More options’ → Request integration.


  2. You cannot see save buttons because there is an issue with our integration. In this case go to the store’s website → Click the Moonsift icon in your toolbar → Click ‘More options’ → Report problem.
